Are classes included in standard gym membership?
No our classes are booked separately on a monthly basis. They are very specialised and are taken by highly trained coaches who deliver the best results.
How can I cancel my gym membership?
Gym membership needs to be cancelled at the gym and the fob handed back to reception. Memberships need to be cancelled 21 days before the next payment is due or they will be charged for that month.
Is there a charge for my membership fob?
When take a £10 deposit when you sign up to a membership but its returned when you cancel your membership and return fob.
Are the showers and changing facilities on site?
Yes we have a fully functioning changing area as well as electric showers.
